The Medalta Gift Shop

The Friends of Medalta Society is a non-profit organization that fosters an understanding and appreciation of the Medicine Hat Clay Industries National Historic District, its importance in the development of Medicine Hat, and its impact across Canada. The Historic Clay District is a living-working industrial museum that offers a unique experience through its collections, exhibits, interpretation, guided tours, and educational and artistic programming. It is operated under the auspices of the Friends of Medalta Society that is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Medalta Potteries and Hycroft China are important focal points within the District.
